Who are we?

Banquet is a small coworking studio in Byron Bay — not a hub, not a WeWork, just a nice space where people get their work done. 4 desks total, one open space, a loft area with 4 desks and electric stand/sit options with lots of light. We're in the Arts & Industry Estate, close to cafes, shops and the beach. Most of our members are freelancers, remote workers, founders, and creatives — people who'd rather work somewhere calm than from home or a noisy cafe. What makes it work is that most people stay a while. Memberships are month-to-month, but the majority of members end up here for 6–12 months or longer. That means the room has a real feel to it — you'll recognise faces, people will recognise yours, and conversations happen naturally without needing scheduled "networking events." We keep it deliberately small. 14 desks is enough for a proper community, not so many that the room gets noisy or impersonal.
